Alex lights up the Opera House

Alex’s future has been looking brighter since his parents found out about Big Picture Education Australia.

Alex has Tourette's syndrome which means he has difficulty learning in a normal classroom environment. Alex wasn’t fitting into normal school and his grades and confidence were suffering as a result.

The individualised Big Picture education model has allowed Alex to tailor his learning to suit his needs and skills, giving Alex the confidence and tools to succeed.

Watch his inspiring story and discover how through Big Picture, his Tourette’s is no longer a disability. It’s just part of who he is.

“My grades from spending a year in the program shot up by a mile. It gives you a good feeling in your stomach…”

Alex is now succeeding at school and learning through hands on experience.

Big Picture wants to make schools better for our young people. Their philosophy is grounded in educating 'one student at a time', by promoting and creating personalised education programs that are unique for each student.

Our Foundation is helping Big Picture to prove their model.
